Bio
Booker T. and the Mg's have a very unique sound. They are very much an instrumental band and classified under the genre of Memphis Soul. Along with their music career, they were famously the house band for Stax/Volt players.

Booker T. Jones (organ, piano), Steve Cropper (guitar), Donald "Duck" Dunn or Lewie Steinberg (bass), and Al Jackson Jr. (drums). Isaac Hayes, Carson Whitsett, and Willie Hall have also been part of the group.
